If there should be any customs duties between Finland and your country, you, the customer shall be responsible for those. (The products sold from this site are for export only from Finland - there is no tax on them on the shop prices for that reason.) Should the envelope(your package) be damaged please report it immediately to your post office (the postal system is responsible for any damage caused in transport) and to me. Please report to me immediately if there is any dissatisfaction with the products- should there be a flaw, you have the right to return the product (within reasonable time) and to receive a refund or replacement of the product.
