Data administration (Law of privacy, Finland 523/99) section 10,  effective as of 02.12.2008

1. Data administrator:

3. Data administration of: Customer information and order processing.

4. The purpose of Data Administration: The facilitation of customer orders and invoicing/collecting payments. The functioning of the internet shop and further development of the customer services.

5. The Data includes the customer name, address, phone number, e-mail; the general information required to make the order.

6. the Data is based on the information the customer enters when visiting the shop and making an order.

7. The Data is kept confidential abiding the Laws of the State of Finland, and the International laws. The Data will not be distributed anywhere else.

8. The Data Security: The Data is in use of the Data Administrator only (2.) It is secured by the user identity code as well as the personal security  code. The system is secured with all possible available technical security services. The system location is safe guarded.

9. The consumers right “to check the personal data being collected for accuracy “can be facilitated by a written request to the administrator (2.)

10. The customer has the right to request  correction on the personal data statistics. On the written request the details of the correction being requested must be mentioned. The request is to be mailed or e-mailed to the Data Administrator (2.) The consumer has the right to request the deletion of the personal statistics as well as rejecting the marketing traffic from this site.
